Dr. Tun Myint, a professor at Carleton College’s Department of International Relations, said the invitation to meet with the NUG Secretary of State for Washington, D.C. After a year of the Spring Revolution, is Western support, including the United States, still at the “mouth guard” level? Htet Aung Kyaw of BNN asked if there was any real potential for action.
