On January 14, Russian missiles hit a high-rise apartment building in the center of Dnipro, Ukraine, killing at least 5 people, including children, and seriously injuring nearly 40, according to reports from the Ukrainian battlefield. Among the dead and injured are 3- and 5-year-old children.
A few days after the change of operational commanders in the Russian military for the war of aggression against Ukraine, news reported that Russia has re-attacked civilian infrastructure in many major cities of Ukraine, including Kiev, with long-range missiles.

Most of the missiles were fired by the Black Sea Naval Group, and Ukrainian news reported that they are investigating whether they were fired from Belarus. Ukraine’s military intelligence has released advance information since last week that Russian forces will attack civilian infrastructure with such missiles. According to the Ukrainian intelligence press release, since the Russian army is running out of missiles, it will only be able to fire at most 2 more times.
